Tonal-D videos use sound design of frequencies only heard with headphones. The sound design with frequencies videos are to help increase cognition with daily use over a two week period. The effects do not last but may also possibly be calming. Frequencies used are Gamma between 30 Hz and 100 Hz. The most commonly used frequency is 40 Hz. Alpha frequency is between 9 Hz and 11 Hz and helps to promote clarity.
